In this week’s episode, Taylor and Andy discuss a bit about Andy’s experience transitioning from not being a coffee drinker, to becoming a daily coffee drinker by attempting to handle every step of the process himself. They say that coffee passes through 10 steps to get from the plant to the cup. Andy attempts to do every step himself on our Channel.

Then Taylor calls up his friend Brice Sturmer who now owns a coffee company in Marquette, Michigan named Velodrome Coffee. Brice helps explain the complexities behind how different types of Arabica beans acquire their flavor. It turns out that coffee is as diverse as wine in flavor profiles!
